Today’s Scenario is that Many Indian IT Companies are Facing Problem While Recruiting the Candidates because they are lacking in Desired Skills .
The Main Reason Behind listed situation is due to the Lack of Proper Education System in Institutes/ Universities. The Government is Continuously trying to Tie up with the Corporate Companies to reduce the Unemployment by Creating More Jobs. Due the inadequate skills in Candidates even the Call Centers are not ready to recruit graduates. The performance of the Candidates is not up to the mark. Each Student has the Desire to be Placed in the Top Reputed Company but not able to placed due to Insufficient Skills. The Government Can not Create Millions of Job Per Year.
India Has the Huge Population and Millions of Jobless Candidates are Lined up to get job. So it Increase the Competition also. The Main Reason is that so many candidates are not fit to the Corporate due to the lack of Communication Skills. The Communication Skills Plays crucial role in MNC Companies.
The Candidates needs to be perfect in Communication Skills First. It should be Started from the School Level. The Government Should make it Compulsory in schools to have class on Soft skills, Presentation Skills, Corporate Skills. The Candidates will be able to get Desired job when they meet the Desired Corporate Skills.

There are Huge Number of Engineering Colleges and Universities in India. But Still is facing the Unemployment Problem Compared to the Developed Countries. The Education System in India needs to be Reform to Reduce the Unemployment and Creating More Jobs. The Faculty Members should be trained according to the Corporate needs.
The Colleges the Faculty Members Should Focus on the Skills rather than Completing the Syllabus. The Student’s Performance Should be track on the Regular Basis. Practical Oriented teaching Should be Focused. The College or Universities Should Frame the separate Department for Soft Skills. The Candidates Himself Should try to learn Skills.
A Survey that Top IT MNC Companies Like TATA, WIPRO, IBM, INFOSYS, Cognizant etc. Introduces various training Programmes in order to make Candidates eligible for Corporate World. These Kind of Training Programmes should be deployed in institutes also. Candidates needs to attend their Training Program and need to Improve Desired Skills.
