About Exam

Difficultly level of eLitmus exam is hard as comparison to AMCAT Exam. The level of AMCAT test is average and the subjects covered can be random. AMCAT includes vast number of subjects whereas elimus is conscious in number of subjects.

In amcat each participant can choose the course which they are pursuing and the major subjects. The next question always depends on the answer provided to the previous question. Elitmus follows the pattern that is similar to CAT and the level of test is higher than AMCAT.  Elitmus have a higher difficulty level.

Eligibility Criteria 2023 (Amcat v/s eLitmus criteria)

Talking about criteria to be eligible for Elitmus and AMCAT. No, There is no eligibility criteria to take the AMCAT test but for reappearing in the AMCAT test one should not have appeared for AMCAT in the last 3 months or 90 days. For elimtus eligibility, there is no eligibility criteria as such to take up the pH test. Currently, only candidates having/pursuing a degree in BE/B.Tech, MCA, ME/M.Tech or M.Sc(CS/IT) will benefit from the pH test.

Syllabus & Exam Pattern (ELitmus Versus AMCAT)

ELitmus – The eLitmus pH test will be Consisting of the three Sections. elitmus focuses only on aptitude, logical reasoning and English. Each Section have the 20 Questions.

• Problem Solving or Data Interpretation and Reasoning
• Verbal Ability

Amcat – AMCAT focus on overall skills and so along with aptitude and logical reasoning, you will be tested on computer language skills (C,C++, Java,SQL). There are certain modules which are compulsory for everyone (Language and Aptitude Modules), whereas others are optional.

AMCAT –  It can provide you with job opportunities of a bit low to average package as the test standard is average. The range of package solely depends on the performance and company call. It can also provide you high packages but the chances are low.

Elitmus – It provides job opportunities with high package, that is, a good range of package as only those who score excellently well are chosen. Job profiles are also good. ELitmus can provide jobs with have exceptionally high packages especially for software developers.

Overall on opportunity and salary package, elitmus surely wins on this one. eLitmus package is also very good, probably in region of 5-7 LPA, which is very good, for a fresher.

In both the cases you get ample of job opportunities if you score good. Therefore, it is necessary for you to get a good percentile.
