Sopra Steria Eligibility Criteria
- Student should have done graduation in B.Tech/ B.E in CSE or IT field.
- Minimum 70% aggregate should be obtained by the candidate in 10th & 12th.
- The minimum percentage criterion of graduation is 60% throughout without any current backlog.
- Maximum 2 year educational gap will be allowed.
- Candidate should be comfortable with rotational working shifts.
- Coding skills and problem solving ability should be good.
Sopra Steria Selection Process
As candidate go through the eligibility criteria and eligible for the selection process then it will going to appear in the selection process of the company. This selection process has 4 rounds, where every round has different selection criteria. Description of selection round is discussed below –
- Online Technical Test: In this round candidate will go through the 30 technical MCQs questions of approx 90 minute. In which basic technical knowledge will be test of the candidate. This round is an elimination round, if candidate clear the exam then it will be promoted to the next round.
- Online Aptitude Test: This test will be based on the aptitude questions having topics like logical reasoning, date & time, SDT, age factor, Work and similar to this. This test will be of 60 minute.
- Group Discussion Round: After clearing the previous round candidate will be selected for the group discussion round in which they will face recent topics for discussion related to day to day life or current affairs.
- Technical Interview Round: In this particular round candidate will be go through only technical questions related to the technologies or coding languages like JAVA, Python, C, C++. As per our analysis from previous interview candidate can also have some coding questions in this round.
- HR Interview Round: This will the last step of selection process where candidate can exchange words with HR regarding salary expectations and career growth. This round is conducting to know the communication skills of the candidate.
After clearing all the selection rounds candidate will be hired for the job role of Software Engineer Trainee by Sopra Steria Organization.
